The GM Ringway Association – a team of volunteers who help manage and maintain the GM Ringway trail – has launched a user survey focused on all users of the GM Ringway trail.

Taking only a few minutes to complete, the online questionnaire is aimed at anybody who has walked or wheeled sections of the route – regularly, occasionally, or even just once.

Covering topics such as how people get to and from the GM Ringway stage they are taking on; the difference (if any) walking the trail has had on their wellbeing; if the trail has helped them connect more with the natural environment; and how the Ringway trail may (or may not) have changed their views about leisure walking in Greater Manchester; the survey is intended to help us make the Ringway better for everyone.

Deadline for completed surveys will be mid-December, and we hope to share details of some of the findings in the new year.
